    Went there at 3 minutes to 9am and got some older lady put her hand up in a rude way and say "we are not open yet we can't serve you" very rudely.

    Bought a tent which was advertised as a 2 man tent but did not fit a 2 man camping mattress, also it had a water rating of 2000mm but leaked an unacceptable amount in a light shower. I was then told "none off our tents are waterproof and you should cover them with a tarp". I was then told I was not entitled to a refund, only a replacement tent. Only after I called fair trade was I given a refund. The woman in charge of refunds was very rude throughout the whole process.

    Bought a oztrail high tower tent on the internet and was sent the wrong one Now anaconda wants me to pay for the return and delivery of the correct tent so i will be out of pocket about $40 Will never deal with them again

    She could have just said "please wait 5 minutes we'll be open soon" but instead we went elsewhere and spent over $100 at a competitor.
