  The guys at Kawana 99 Bikes are the best. They were short a mechanic but Rossco made time for me to help me box my bike for the Cycle Qld ride. Thank you!

  Asked for a chain for a BMX, even told them the make/ model. They tried to sell me a $53 chain for a 10 speed. I told them I have purchased one here before for $20. They said they don't stock the cheap ones anymore. I showed them the packet and said this is for a 10 speed. They looked again and they found the correct chain for $15.... The attitude was disrespectful and condescending; they thought they knew it all. There was no apology or happy to help kind of service. This place is a joke, never going back.

  We've purchased a few bikes from Kawana and had some maintenance/service carried out by the lads there. Reece provides outstanding service and always takes the time to talk to our son about his bike and rides etc. We don't go anywhere else.

  Good range of product and the staff have a great knowledge of the local riding and what equipment I will need to get the most out of it. Really good customer service.

  The guys were friendly, helpful and well informed - even did a minor repair job for me on the house! Products suggested were appropriate and priced right. I'll be going back.
