  I am an extreme needle phobic and needed a lure put in. I was very upset about the thought of getting a lure put in. So they offered to use numbing cream, and give me a tablet to calm me nerves. Once they kicked in, and I was numbed a nurse put the lure in. I did not feel a thing what so ever! I am so very impressed. I have never had this kind bof experience with needles and I definitely think its going to help with my phobia of needles. All the staff are lovely, and kind hearted.

  Remarkable staff, facilities and responsiveness and best emergency room experience we’ve had. Grateful to all the staff for everything they did under not ideal circumstances with our two year old. A big thank you for your kindness, patience and professionalism.

  I had occasion to have treatment at the ED on Tuesday 10 October for a laceration to a finger requiring sutures. The excellent care and treatment I received was much appreciated. Thanks to all concerned.

  The best hospital on the SC without a doubt ! Julie and Polly from Surgical Decision unit at the Emergency Department have been amazing and very attentive. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else with these health concerns. Thank you for saving my life !

  Staff were very friendly and wasn't a long wait time. I am just disappointed with such a quick check of my son's wrist and hand & being sent home with no xrays done or his arm being checked. He spent a week until I took him in to the Caloundra Hospital where I was told within 2minutes of being there that his arm was broken.. I just wish for such a big hospital patient's would be checked more thoroughly and not feel rushed to get out.
